All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • International destinations (select countries)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

United States Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 4–5 business days

We also offer a faster option at checkout:

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days)

Additional charges apply for express shipping.

4. Canada Shipping

Standard Canada shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days

Express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

5. International Shipping

Standard International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 8–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

International express options may be available for select countries at checkout.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

International and express shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside of our control.
