RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At FohowGlobal, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Returns

You may request a return for unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or an order number.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products including herbal teas, creams, gels, patches, supplements, and wellness products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after processing, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as posting times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@fohowglobal.com.
